modeling drug kinetics and effects on biologic systems,
including disease progression. Models can be used to simulate
novel therapeutic dosing regimens and/or populations, informing
trial design and dosing strategies. The package supports
primarily non-parametric but also parametric pharmacometric
modeling and simulation with functions to run and analyze the
output from all three components of the Pmetrics software suite
for population pharmacometric data analysis: 1) IT2B (Iterative
Two-Stage Bayesian) for parametric models; 2) NPAG
(Non-parametric Adaptive Grid) for non-paramametric models; 3)
Simulator for semi-parametric Monte-Carlo simulations.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/lapkb/actions/runs/27342852074</link><pubDate>Mon, 11 May 2026 21:34:29 GMT</pubDate><r:package>Pmetrics</r:package><r:version>3.1.3</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://lapkb.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/LAPKB/Pmetrics</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>pmetrics.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>pmetrics.html</r:filename><r:title>Pmetrics</r:title><r:created>2022-09-26 22:28:57</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-13 15:07:03</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
